The brochure is a card with a size of 8.5x11 inches. It is printed on thick cardstock and folded in the center. It presents a condensed version of the MLS sheet information along with 7 of your best photos. The last page features your personal photo and contact details, but to save space, your descriptive text is not included.

 

THE USE
Use the brochure by giving it to potential buyers during open houses. Also use it to demonstrate your professionalism to potential seller clients.
